Todd brings more than three decades of experience spanning U.S. government service, special operations, and law enforcement. A former U.S. Navy SEAL, he conducted global operations in support of national security missions before transitioning into senior security leadership roles within the private sector. Following military service, Todd served as a Director at a global risk mitigation firm, advising transnational corporations and select private clients with international exposure. His work included asset recovery, threat assessment, comprehensive due diligence, and security consulting for private equity firms, investment banks, and hedge funds operating across complex jurisdictions. These engagements required precision, legal awareness, and the ability to coordinate across institutional and cultural boundaries.

Todd’s expertise spans threat and vulnerability assessments, executive protection, kidnap and extortion response, facility and infrastructure security planning, anti-human trafficking initiatives, counter-terrorism and emergency preparedness, and penetration testing. He operates through a trusted global network of U.S. and international law enforcement and government partners, enabling rapid, discreet, and effective response where stakes are high and visibility must remain low.
